Agents with a source of commercial surplus inventory and invite Independent
Agents to promote the sale of merchandise listed. Agents who use the Victor
Avery.com Site to sell merchandise of any kind can submit relevant information
(e.g. description, price, quantity, lot size, shipping information) of
the merchandise that will be necessary to promote and facilitate the sell
of
the offering.
Victor Avery.com agree to pay the Agent a success-based transaction fee
for the marketing of the merchandise if a Agent consummates a sale. The
amount of this fee will vary based on the individual lot being liquidated
and will be communicated to the Agent prior to listing the merchandise.
NO multiple down line commissions are paid by Victor Avery.com and it
is the responsibility of the Independent Agent to divide commissions with
their down line agents.
All commissions and other amounts payable will be paid in United States
Dollars free and clear of, and without deduction or withholding on account
of, taxes of any kind. All of the Company's success based fees are deducted
from the proceeds of the sales of our merchandise or by the Original Seller.
The relationship between Independent Agents and Victor Avery.com is that
of an independent salesman. No agency, partnership, joint venture or franchise
relationship is created by the Independent Agents endeavor to sell listed
